About Alexandria

I'm a J.D. candidate at New York Law School with an MBA in Financial Management. My experience spans finance, corporate operations, and legal practice, shaping my focus on corporate and technology-related transactional work. I am particularly interested in cybersecurity, data privacy, and data strategy, areas increasingly central to business operations, dealmaking, regulatory compliance, and the responsible governance of emerging technologies.

I currently serve as a Legal Fellow at the NYLS Innovation Center for Law and Technology, coordinating programming and drafting memoranda on AI, data privacy, and intellectual property. I am also an Extern with the N.Y. Census & Redistricting Institute, where I research New York election law, analyze municipal redistricting processes, and track statewide voting reforms. Previously, I externed at Gana Weinstein LLP through the Securities Arbitration Field Placement and worked as a Summer Legal Associate at Vital Strategies, conducting research on AI, data privacy, and nonprofit law, supporting contract review and compliance efforts, and presenting findings to legal counsel and cross-functional teams.

At NYLS, I serve as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and the Italian Law Student Association, Treasurer for both the Legal Association for Women and First-Generation Professionals, and Academic Chair for the Privacy Law Society. I’m also active in the Sports Law Society and affiliated with the Center for Business and Financial Law.

I earned my B.A. in Political Science and minors in Economics and Global Studies from Marist College. During undergrad, I held leadership roles in student government and campus media, revitalized the Marist Red Fox Pack Booster Club, and studied abroad in Dublin and Florence.

Beyond academics, I am passionate about writing on higher education, national security, politics, and technology, and I enjoy connecting with professionals, students, and innovators committed to meaningful impact.
